Breathely (“we”, “us”) provides guided breathing exercises through our website and related services. This policy describes how we process personal data when you visit the site, create an account, or use our features.

• Profile information — optional details you add to your profile after signing up.
• Usage and session data — completed breathing sessions, streaks, and custom exercises you create when signed in.

You can browse premade exercises without an account. We only collect the items above when you register, sign in, or otherwise interact with account features.

• provide guided breathing sessions, streaks, and custom exercises;
• send transactional emails (for example sign-up confirmation and password reset);
• maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems;
• improve Breathely based on aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

We keep your account and session data while your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to remove your data, we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain information for legal, security, or backup purposes.
